Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling ordered the release of all compliant applications for housing project licenses and registrations within the first ten working days of 2026.
This order aims to maintain the agency’s positive momentum in the nationwide implementation of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, reported RH 5 Val Gonzales.
Secretary Aliling directed Senior Supervising Undersecretary Sharon Faith Paquiz and all regional offices to fast-track the processing of certificates of registration (CR) and licenses to sell (LS) in order to sustain the production and sale of housing projects under the program.
The DHSUD ended 2025 positively, Aliling said, and faces the new year with revitalized service, in line with the President’s mandate.
He stressed that the expedition of processing was only applicable for compliant developers who adhere to existing laws, rules, and regulations.
The secretary was confident in the agency’s intensified efforts.
