The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has unveiled its updated Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food and Transport (UPLIFT) microsite, a digital platform designed to centralize and simplify public access to government assistance programs, particularly during crises.

In the Malacañang press briefing on Thursday, April 30, DBM Undersecretary Goddes Hope Libiran said the initiative reflects the administration’s push for a “coordinated, transparent, and people-centered service” under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

“This stands as a fulfillment of the president's promise of a coordinated, transparent, and people-centered service for the Filipino people,” Libiran said during the briefing.

She explained that the microsite was developed through inter-agency collaboration involving the DBM, the Office of the Executive Secretary, the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DepDev), and the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) to ensure real-time, accessible information for the public.

Libiran emphasized that “in any crisis, timing matters,” adding that the platform was created to ensure Filipinos can easily see and understand government assistance. “People need to see that help is real, that it is ongoing, and that it is reaching them,” she said.

The UPLIFT microsite features a dashboard that consolidates five key pillars of government response: saving lives, assisting affected sectors, ensuring fuel supply, maintaining food affordability, and securing electricity supply. According to Libiran, the data presented is drawn directly from agency reports and updated regularly.

Among the key highlights, the platform shows over 8,000 Filipinos repatriated under government assistance; more than one million transport workers receiving aid; real-time fuel supply levels and incoming shipments; as well as regional food price monitoring coordinated with the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The system also tracks power supply conditions through data from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and provides commuter assistance details such as free ride routes and fare subsidies.

Libiran noted that the microsite is designed to be “simple, clean, and accessible,” even allowing users to switch between English and Filipino, with plans to expand to regional languages such as Bisaya and Ilocano.

She also highlighted additional features, including “updates and briefings,” beneficiary testimonials, energy conservation tips, and a “where the money goes” section detailing budget utilization and program outcomes.

The official website, uplift.gov.ph, is now live and fully accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

Libiran said the platform underscores the administration’s commitment to transparency and accountability. “Under the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., we are moving forward together with every Filipino citizen in mind,” she added.
