

Box Office King Daniel Padilla has received an Outstanding Asian Star award at the 2025 Seoul International Drama Awards held on Thursday, October 2.
The award recognizes his performance in the series Incognito, where he played "Andres Malvar," also known as "Wolf," a former scout ranger who was dishonorably discharged from military service.
The series has achieved significant viewership milestones and consistently ranks among the top shows in the Philippines.
In his acceptance speech, Padilla expressed his gratitude for being part of the event and for the recognition of his talent. He also extended his thanks to his Incognito team, co-stars, management, friends, fans, and family--especially to his mother, Karla Estrada. "Thank you for your continuous support and unwavering love. Kayo ang dahilan kung bakit ako nandito. Maraming salamat.”
Aside from Padilla, several other well-known stars also received the same award, including Blackpink’s Jisoo, actor Kim Seon-ho, Kentaro Sakaguchi, Film Rachanun Mahawan, Anna Jobling, and Bai Yu.
Among the prominent personalities who attended the awards ceremony were singer-actress IU, actor Ju Ji-hoon, host Jang Do-yeon, 2PM’s Ok Taec-yeon, as well as American actor-director Ben Stiller and Australian actress Cate Blanchett.
Furthermore, the actor’s mother showed her support in a social media post, sharing a video of Padilla’s acceptance speech, while congratulating him on his milestone.
