The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) is expected to bring cloudy skies and light rains across the country on Saturday, March 14, the PAGASA said.

In its morning forecast, Weather Specialist Loriedin De La Cruz-Galicia said that the Northeast Monsoon will continue to affect the whole country, bringing low temperatures and dry air, specifically in parts of Luzon and mountainous areas.

Light rains will be experienced in the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon, the eastern section of Visayas and the western parts of Mindanao.

Meanwhile, the provinces of Aurora, Quezon Province, and the whole Bicol Region will experience cloudy skies and light rains.

In its 8:00 AM update, the state weather bureau said there are no low pressure areas (LPA) monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
