The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) on Wednesday warned the public about fraudsters selling portions of the CCP Complex in Pasay City online.

The arts institution particularly singled out a post offering a “23.8-hectare” lot area under Title Nos. 75681 and 75676 for sale.

The CCP said its properties are not for sale and have not authorized any entity to sell its properties.

“The public is hereby informed that CCP properties are government-owned assets and are NOT FOR SALE. The CCP has not authorized or accredited any broker, agent, or representative to negotiate or sell its properties. Any documents, sketch plans, or listing titles being circulated online for this purpose are unauthorized and fraudulent,” the institution wrote in a public advisory.

CCP advised the public not to engage or transact with such online users and to report similar listings offering government-owned properties through its contact channels.
