

Filipino gymnastics star Carlos Edriel Yulo delivered strong routines to help L’Oajlp Gymnastique (Antibes) secure a spot in the Top 12 final of the Championnat de France de Gymnastique (Men’s).
Yulo impressed in the semifinal round, posting 14.833 points in the floor exercise and 14.700 in the vault. His performances anchored Antibes as the team defeated Team Bourges, 44-29, to advance to the championship stage.
Antibes is set to face Vallauris Golfe-Juan in the finals scheduled on May 15 and 16, with Yulo expected to play a key role as the club eyes the title.
Meanwhile, rising gymnast Karl Eldrew Yulo captured a bronze medal in the floor exercise event of the Gymnastics World Cup in Cairo on Sunday, scoring 14.000.
Eldrew finished behind gold medalist Daniel Marinov and silver winner Arsenii Dukhno, marking another podium finish for the Philippines in the international circuit.
The younger Yulo, brother of two-time Olympic champion Carlos Yulo, also advanced to the horizontal bar finals set for Monday, April 6, continuing his campaign in the prestigious meet.
