National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Senior Agent John Mark Calilung testified before the Senate impeachment court on Tuesday that one of the pieces of evidence against Vice President Sara Duterte was a video of her in an online press conference on November 23, 2024. According to Calilung, the said video was also posted on the Facebook page of former Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.

During his testimony on the second day of Duterte's impeachment trial, Calilung said the video was among the digital evidence collected by the NBI during its investigation.

"One of the pieces of evidence that we gathered during our investigation is the video of the November 23, 2024, online press conference held by the Office of the Vice President, which was posted on the Facebook page of Harry Roque," Calilung said.

Calilung confirmed the source of the video when asked by House prosecutor Atty. Amando Virgil Ligutan, stating that it was obtained from Harry Roque's Facebook page.

The video forms part of the prosecution's evidence under Article IV of the impeachment complaint, which accuses Duterte of making grave threats against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez during the November 23, 2024, online press conference.

Calilung's testimony focused on the collection and authentication of digital evidence presented by the prosecution before the Senate impeachment court.
