A 45-year-old businesswoman, identified as Alyas "Fe," was killed on the spot after being shot by her live-in partner, 40-year-old Alyas "Del," in Barangay Jubasan, Allen, Northern Samar.

Police said witnesses reported a heated argument between the couple before the suspect fired a .45-caliber handgun, striking Fe in the head and back, causing her immediate death. After the shooting, the suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle.

Authorities believe jealousy may have been the motive.

The Allen Municipal Police Station, led by Acting Chief PCapt. Verna O. Cecista has launched a hot pursuit operation and urged residents to assist in locating and apprehending the suspect. Police investigations are ongoing.
