The Bulacan Dreamers women’s softball team has arrived in Sussex County, Delaware, to represent the Philippines and the Asia-Pacific region in the 2026 Senior League Softball World Series from August 3 to 9.

The team earned its place in the tournament after winning the 2026 Little League Asia-Pacific and Middle East tournament held in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia from June 16 to 24.

Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando expressed support for the squad, urging the young athletes to carry the pride of the Filipino people as they compete on the international stage. He also called on Filipinos to rally behind the team as it pursues a world championship.

“Nakagagalak pong isipin na kasabay ng pamamayagpag ng ating mga ipinagmamalaking atleta tulad nina Alex Eala, EJ Obiena, Carlos Yulo, Manny Pacquiao, at marami pang iba, ay sumasabay dito ang mga batang atleta na nagmula sa dakilang Lalawigan ng Bulacan,” the governor said in a statement.

Provincial Administrator Antonia Constantino is leading the delegation on behalf of the provincial government.

The Dreamers are set to open their campaign against the East Region on Aug. 4 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time (August 5, 8 a.m. Philippine time).

To advance to the next stage, the Dreamers must finish among the top four teams in their bracket.
