Half brothers Jinggoy Estrada and JV Ejercito hugged and raised each other's hands following their proclamations as winning senators in the recently-concluded May 9 national elections.

Both Ejercito and Estrada, who were alleged to have longstanding sibling feuds, were successful in making their comeback to the Senate. Ejercito placed 10th with 15,841,858 votes while Estrada ranked 12th with 15,108,625 votes.

During the proclamation ceremony held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), the half brothers were seen hugging and raising each other's hands as a sign of victory.
