Formerly missing bride-to-be Sherra De Juan was sighted in the town of Sison, Pangasinan. The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) and her family came to take her home on Monday.
According to QCPD Spokesperson PMaj. Jennifer Gannaban, De Juan’s fiancé, Mark Arjay Reyes, also came to bring her home. Reyes, De Juan’s family, and the QCPD arrived at the Sison police station at 4:29 p.m, reported RH 5 Val Gonzales.
Gannaban said De Juan’s family received a call from a concerned citizen, who said they had found De Juan in Sison. The police have closed the case.
“Since ‘yung incident na reported po sa atin is missing bride-to-be si Ms. Sherra, dahil nakita na po siya, case closed na po ito,”
Reyes did not stop looking for De Juan after her disappearance on December 10. The two were due to be wed on the 14th.
Many questions have yet to be answered, such as how and why De Juan wound up in Pangasinan, when she originally came from Romblon.
When interviewed by authorities, she said she walked a long way along a highway before being discovered.
