

Global P-pop sensation BINI surprised fans at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) after appearing at the "Forgotten Island" panel to perform their new song “A Parallel World” from the upcoming DreamWorks Animation film.
The eight-member girl group delivered a special live performance of the track during the panel, marking a major international milestone as Filipino music took center stage at one of the world’s biggest pop culture events. BINI later shared their excitement, thanking Forgotten Island and DreamWorks Animation for the opportunity to be part of the memorable moment.

The surprise appearance came days after the group announced the release of “A Parallel World,” their original song for Forgotten Island, which became part of the film’s official soundtrack. The track was released on July 23, 2026, continuing BINI’s growing presence on the global music scene.
The DreamWorks animated film, which highlights Filipino culture and mythology, features an all-Filipino-inspired soundtrack lineup, with BINI joining other Filipino artists in representing the country’s music internationally.
