Despite the challenges and hardships they have faced over the past three years, P-pop group BILIB remains united, crediting their strong bond to open communication, acceptance, and shared goals.
For member Zio, communication plays a vital role in maintaining their relationship as a group.
“Magandang communication talaga, usap,” he shared during an interview on DZRH TV's “Scenezone“ program.
Rafael echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the importance of accepting one another despite their differences.
“Aside from that, acceptance sa isa’t isa,” he said.
Carlo also highlighted the value of openness among the members.
“Being open din talaga,” he added.
The group explained that being receptive to each other's opinions, personalities, and ideas has helped strengthen their connection not only as performers but also as brothers.
Meanwhile, Clyde stressed the importance of enjoying what they do and ensuring that everyone is aligned when making decisions as a group.
“Dapat lahat kayo nag-e-enjoy doon sa ginagawa niyo. At saka, dapat parang nag-a-align yung decision ng bawat isa. Kasi ang napapansin ko, kapag hindi kayo nagkakasundo doon sa goal o gustong gawin, may tendency na hindi maganda yung magiging outcome ng product na gagawin niyo, which is yung songs na,” he explained.
According to the group, having a common vision allows them to work more effectively together and create better music and performances for their fans.
With their strong sense of brotherhood and teamwork, BILIB continues to overcome obstacles together while proving that unity remains one of the driving forces behind their growth as one of the country's rising P-pop acts.
