Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski has officially departed the country for Puerto Rico, where she will represent the Philippines in the upcoming 75th Miss Universe competition on November 24.
The Filipina beauty queen received a warm send-off at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, where supporters gathered to cheer her on as she began her journey toward the international crown.
For her departure, Windorski showcased Filipino craftsmanship through a custom yellow ensemble designed by Anthony Ramirez, featuring a fitted halter-neck top, an asymmetrical skirt, and a matching wide-brimmed hat.
She completed her look with a solihiya-inspired handbag, while the outfit incorporated custom Inabel Bangar fabric crafted using yarn threads, highlighting traditional Filipino weaving.
In her Instagram post, Windorski described the ensemble as a tribute to the strength and empowerment of Filipina women, inspired by a defining moment in Philippine history.
“The Filipino is worth fighting for,” she wrote.
During her airport send-off, the beauty queen also encouraged Filipinos to continue believing in the country despite its challenges, emphasizing the importance of creating opportunities and building a better future at home.
“I really believe that whatever is destined for me will come to me in Puerto Rico. So maraming maraming salamat po for everything and mabuhay ang Filipina,” Windorski said.
Windorski, who represented La Union, secured the national title in May after competing against 49 other candidates. She is now aiming to bring home the Philippines' fifth Miss Universe crown.
