In commemoration of Women’s Month, the personnel of the Bataan District Jail facilitated an outreach for the children at an orphanage.

Both the male and female dormitories staff participated in the outreach at the King’s Garden Children’s Home, led by Jail Senior Inspector Richard Balinagay and Senior Jail Officer 4 Ma. Cecilia Trinidad, reported RH 37 Danny Cumilang.

Thirty-six children were given clothes, toys, and food, while the orphanage staff were served a festive meal. The district jail personnel also danced and hosted games for the children, which they enjoyed.

The activity was held to promote empathy and solidarity, while honoring the spirit of women in the community.
