The arrested talent manager has identified four lawyers to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) as those who allegedly drafted a script and affidavit for a supposed sex scandal plot targeting Executive Secretary Ralph Recto.

According to a report by RH Jecelle Ricafort, lawyer Raymund Palad confirmed that his client submitted a supplemental affidavit to the NBI shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Palad said the talent manager, who is using the alias “Ken,” also consented to allow investigators to examine his mobile phone as part of the evidence in the case.

The talent manager had earlier claimed that the lawyers introduced themselves as representatives of Rep. Leandro Leviste, whom he alleged would finance the supposed character assassination plot against Recto.

He also alleged that the lawyers were present during two meetings he attended with former congressman Jing Paras, who was purportedly acting as a “facilitator.” Leviste and Paras have both denied the allegations.

The talent manager also admitted regret over his alleged role in the purported scheme to link Executive Secretary Ralph Recto to a fabricated sex scandal, saying he is sorry for letting himself be used.
