The northeast monsoon, or amihan, will bring cloudy skies and light rains to parts of Luzon on Tuesday, March 17, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, PAGASA said Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, also caused by the northeast monsoon.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.
No low pressure area is being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
