The Northeast Monsoon (amihan) and the easterlies will affect parts of the country on Friday, March 6, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
Based on its 4 a.m. weather forecast, Batanes and the Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon.
Meanwhile, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and mainland Cagayan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said no low pressure area (LPA) is currently being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
