The Northeast Monsoon or amihan and the easterlies will bring cloudy skies and rains in some parts of the country on Thursday, March 5, according to PAGASA.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, PAGASA said Surigao del Sur, Davao de Oro, and Davao Oriental will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, Batanes, Cagayan, and Apayao will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Ilocos Norte will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the easterlies.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said no low pressure area (LPA) is currently being monitored inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
