Filipino food content creator Abi Marquez has fulfilled her childhood dream of appearing on the reality cooking show MasterChef Asia, where she served as a guest judge.
Marquez, popularly known as the “Lumpia Queen,” took to social media to share her excitement and behind-the-scenes photos from her guest appearance.
“Still can’t believe it!” Marquez wrote. “I had the chance to step into a kitchen I've dreamed about since I was a kid.”
In the photos, Marquez flashed a big smile alongside MasterChef Asia host Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij, chef Kelvin Cheung, and chef Edward Lee, who gained wider recognition through the hit culinary competition series Culinary Class Wars.
The guest appearance adds to Marquez’s growing list of accomplishments. In 2025, she was named Food Content Creator of the Year at the World Influencers and Bloggers Awards in France.
In January, she also served as a keynote speaker at the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai. Marquez has likewise had the opportunity to cook alongside celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.
