

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck Cagwait, Surigao del Sur on Saturday night, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).
In its bulletin, PHIVOLCS said the tectonic-origin quake occurred at 10:32 p.m. at a depth of 24 kilometers.
