The family of former President Rodrigo Duterte has announced the six Filipino lawyers who will represent him at the upcoming Confirmation of Charges hearing before the International Criminal Court.

The legal team includes Salvador Medialdea, Martin Delgra III, Silvestre Bello III, Alfredo Lim Jr., Caesar Dulay, and Salvador Panelo.

According to the Duterte family, the six lawyers will attend the hearing scheduled to begin on February 23 to ensure that the former president is properly represented during the proceedings. At this stage, the court will formally review the charges and evidence presented against him.

"We thank the legal team for their continued dedication and professionalism during this critical time," the family said in a statement.

"We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Filipino community in The Hague for ensuring a platform where the voice of every Filipino who speaks out against this injustice is heard," it added.
