Twenty luxury vehicles were brought one by one to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) headquarters in Quezon City following a large-scale operation over the weekend.

LTO Chief Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao said that around 30 percent of drivers of luxury vehicles do not have licenses, while most of the vehicles are unregistered.

According to Lacanilao, owners who fail to submit the required documents will have their vehicles permanently impounded and eventually auctioned.
