Col. Manaros Boransing II and Col. Magtangol Panopio are set to testify for the prosecution on Day 20 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial on Tuesday.

Boransing and Panopio are expected to testify on military certifications used by the Department of Education that were cited in the Commission on Audit’s findings on the expenditure of confidential funds.
