Ten-year-old Filipina golf prodigy Kamilla G. Del Mundo captured two international junior titles in a span of two weeks, emerging as a dominant force in youth golf competitions in California.
Del Mundo first secured the championship at the 2026 Future Champions Golf (FCG) International held June 29-30 in San Marcos, topping her division with a composed performance against a competitive international field.
She followed it up with another victory at the 2026 US Mojing Junior World Championship from July 7-9 at Sycuan Singing Hills Golf Resort in El Cajon, California, where she finished at 10-under par to claim the title.
Del Mundo led the leaderboard in the tournament, showcasing consistency and control well beyond her age to outplay a field of top junior golfers from around the world.
Her back-to-back victories mark a significant milestone for Philippine junior golf, with Del Mundo emerging as one of the youngest Filipino athletes to win multiple international championships in quick succession.
The wins further highlight the growing presence of Filipino talent on the global junior golf stage, as Del Mundo continues to build momentum early in her promising career.
