Another suspect allegedly involved in the hazing of a 19-year-old maritime student from Cavite, resulting in his death, turned himself over to authorities on Tuesday, March 10.

According to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) - NCR Director PCol. John Guiagui, the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity member, 26, surrendered at his office in Camp Crame, reported RH 52 Edniel Parrosa.

It was discovered that the suspect was among those named by Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla last Friday.

At present, seven suspects have come forward and are now in the custody of law enforcement.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) is currently investigating 21 persons of interest in connection with the fatal initiation rites at the PNTC Colleges in Dasmariñas City.
