It's official! ABS-CBN's It's Showtime will be airing on GMA's main channel starting April 6!
This comes after top executives of the two TV networks signed a contract at GMA's Studio 7 on Wednesday, March 20.
The afternoon program will replace the timeslot left by the Tahanang Pinakamasaya owned by TAPE Inc. which bid farewell last March 8.
It's Showtime hosts, Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Karylle, Kim Chiu, Amy Perez, Ogie Alcasid, Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz, Ryan Bang, Darren Espanto, Ion Perez, MC, Lassy, Jackie Gonzaga, and Cianne Dominguez, were all welcomed at GMA.
The noontime show began airing on GTV, the subsidiary channel of GMA-7, on July 1, 2023, after ABS-CBN and TV5's simulcast agreement ended on June 30, 2023.
